[Hiring Faculty] National Dong Hwa University Department of Law Recruiting Full-Time Faculty (Second Announcement)
1. Position Available:
One full-time Assistant Professor (or higher rank), with 1-3 candidates on the reserve list. The Department reserves the right to review candidates for full-time or project-based appointment based on qualifications, experience, and research achievements.
2. Expected Appointment Date:
The position will start from the first semester of the 114th academic year (August 1, 2025). The actual appointment date will depend on the university's hiring and review procedures.
3. Qualifications:

Must hold a doctoral degree in law from a domestic or foreign institution recognized by the Ministry of Education.

Specialization in "Basic Legal Studies" with a teaching focus in "Litigation Law" and an interest in the teaching and research of Indigenous Peoples' Law (preferably with related publications).
(1) Basic Legal Studies: Legal Theory, Legal History, or Sociology of Law.
(2) Litigation Law: Civil (including Family), Criminal (including Juvenile), or Administrative Law.

Academic and professional credentials (including thesis/dissertation) [For overseas qualifications, please submit: overseas academic certificates, transcripts, service certificates (must be verified and stamped by the relevant overseas representative office or notarized by a local notary), a summary of overseas academic experience, proof of study duration (at least 16 months for a doctoral degree, or 24 months for simultaneous master's and doctoral degrees), entry and exit records (foreign nationals or overseas Chinese are exempt from this requirement)].
