[Faculty Recruitment] Full-Time Faculty Position at the Department of Law, National Dong Hwa University
1. Number of Positions:
- One Full-Time Assistant Professor or Above (including Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor).
- 1-3 candidates may be placed on the waiting list.
- The department reserves the right to appoint candidates as full-time or project-based positions based on qualifications, experience, and research outcomes.
2. Expected Start Date:
- The first semester of the 114 academic year (starting August 1, 2024).
- The actual start date will depend on the timeline of the university's appointment review process.
3. Qualifications:
- A doctoral degree in the field of law, recognized by the Ministry of Education (Taiwan).
- Expertise in Basic Jurisprudence, with the ability to teach Procedural Law.
- Preference will be given to candidates with research and teaching interests in Indigenous Law, particularly those with relevant publications.

- Verified Chinese translations certified by an overseas office or domestic notary public.
- Summary of study progress form for foreign degrees (doctoral programs require a minimum of 16 months on campus; combined master's and doctoral programs require at least 24 months on campus).
- Immigration records for entry/exit (not required for foreign or overseas Chinese applicants).
- Doctoral candidates must provide proof from their advisor or institution of thesis defense and expected graduation date.
- Publications within the last five years.
- Doctoral Dissertation.
- Copies of degree certificates and transcripts for all degrees obtained.
- Three Recommendation Letters.
- Teaching Plan, including proposed courses.
- Copy of teaching certification, if applicable.
- Any additional documents beneficial for review.
- Candidate List (for internal review).
