Submission of Thesis Advisor Application Form

(Of Two)

To be submitted within one week after the add/drop period of the first semester of the second-year Master's. Please discuss with your thesis advisor and complete the form to help focus on the direction of your thesis writing.

113-1 Online Course Add/Drop Period:

September 10, 12:30 PM ~

Thesis Proposal Review Application Form
  1. This form must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date of the thesis. proposal review.
  2. The thesis proposal review must be completed no later than three weeks before the end of the semester.

Aside from the thesis advisor, the review committee should include 1-2 examiners with the rank of assistant professor or higher. The review will be conducted in a public format.

(The winter break begins on January 13, 114. Counting three weeks backward, the final date for the thesis proposal review is December 20, 113. Therefore, the application for submission should be made two weeks prior, and so on.)
